Soyabeans Seeds 250 GramsBoiled Potato 4 small size ( Optional )Gralic 6 bodsOil 3 spoon Jeera ( Cumin seeds ) 1.5 spoonLaal mirch powder 3 spoonGaram Masala 1tspHaldi 1/2 spoonCoriander 10 leaves
Wash and soak soy bean over night . Next day drain them add it to pressure cooker. Now cover with water. Presure cook for 4 whistle . Simmer the pan and cook on a low heat for another 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, and let the steam go. Open the cooker and set aside the boiled bin along with the liquid.
Heat oil in pan . Add in cumin seed and crushed garlic . Saute for a minute.
Add in chili powder, haldi and garam masala powder ..Saute well in the oil.
Add in the boiled beans along with the liquid.
Put mashed boiled potato and mix it.
Add salt as per your preference. Bring the whole thing to boil. Simmer till the curry reaches right thickness.
Add coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve with rice and roti .
