Podina Ball .. Podina Fitters… ପୋଦିନା ପକୋଡି

Chickpeas/Chole: 2 cupsPodina –  1 cup or moreChopped spring onion – half cupChopped Onion: 3/4 cupGarlic bud 6Cumin Seed 2 spoonChat Masala 1 spoon

Soak the chickpeas overnight in enough water to cover them. Soaked a little more than 2 cups and in the morning I had around 5.5 cups of it! Drain the water in which you had soaked the chickpeas.

Grind all Chickpeas, Podina, Chopped spring onion,  Chopped Onion, Garlic . Make rough grind.. 

Extract all from grinder, mix Cumin Seed, Chat Masala and salt as per taste.

Make a ball and deep fry … serve in your desired style..
