Ingredients

- 3 Cup Water
- 1 Teaspoon Salt

- 300 grams Grated Coconut
- 200 grams Jaggery (Gudd)
- 1 Tablespoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
Instructions
Prepare the Dough (Jantani Process)
- In a wide-bottomed pan (kadhai), bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix suji with water to form a smooth paste.
- Slowly pour the suji paste into the boiling water, stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
- Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and forms a dough-like consistency.
- Once ready, let the dough cool slightly. Knead it with lightly oiled hands into a smooth, pliable dough.
Prepare the Sweet Filling
- In the same pan, add jaggery and allow it to melt over low heat.
