Kadali Alu Golamaricha Pani – Kadali Alu Rasaa – No Onion No Garlic

– 2 Raw Banana
– 2 Raw Potatoes
– 1 full spoon Whole Jeera (Cumin Seeds )
– 1 full spoon Whole Dhania (Coriander Seeds )
– 1 full spoon Golmaricha ( Black pepper )
– 2 dry Red Chilies

Cut banana length wise style wedges, or your desired format. Cut the raw potatoes in wedges. Boil these vegetables to make half tender.
Soak all the masalas Jeera, Dhania & Golamaricha in water for 10 minutes and then grind it .





In a hot kadahi put 1 spoon oil then put panchafutan half spoon let crackle and put dry red chilis. Then sauté all these until the pancha futan and red chilies give a nice aroma. Then put grinding masalas in kadhai and saute till it give nice aroma. Then put half tender boiled bananas and mix all . After some fraction of mintutes put water and let boil to make rasaa ( Juice ) .. Plate the curry in your desire format.
