Two medium sized crab
One onion fine choping
Grarlic 4 clove
Green Chili 3
Ginger small sized ..
Corainder Leaves as you preference
Mustard Oil 3 spoon
Roasted Crab Salad
Roast the crab over a wood or coal fire
Remove the juicy crab meat from the large claws, but keep the soft shell of the body that has the meat for a crunchy texture to the salad.
Mix the crab meat with finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green and red chillies.
Finally add 3 spoons of mustard oil and mix well.
This salad is a good accompaniment with hot rice and dal.
