ଉପକରଣ – ବାଲାମୀ ଚାଉଳ ୨୫୦ ଗ୍ରାମ ଖଟା କମଳା ଲେମ୍ବୁ ୧ଟା ଭଲଘିଅ – ୨୫ ଗ୍ରାମ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଲୁଣ ନେବେ । ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ – ହାଣ୍ଡିରେ ଲୁଣ ଓ ଚାଉଳ ପକାଇ ଭାତକୁ ଟାଣି ଟାଣି କରି ଗାଳି ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ । ତା’ପରେ ସେଥିରେ କମଳା ଲେମ୍ବୁ ରସ ଓ ଘିଅ ଗୋଳେଇ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ । ଏଥର ସାଧା ଘିଅ ଅନ୍ନ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୋଇଗଲା ।
