1 – Better size Pinapple ( Cut in thinner square sized pieces )
2 – 2 full spoon mustard paste
3 – Green Chili 2 pieces
4 – Pancha Futan 1 spoon
5 – Dry mirichi 1 pieces
6 – Salt as per taste
7 – 2 Cury leaves
8 – 4 drops lemon

Put 1 spoon oil in hot kadhai, add pancha futan then dry mirchi for crackling .. Then pinapple pieces saute it, add salt to it.. Add few drops of lemon. Then add mustrad paste and saute again and curry leaves, green michi . Let mustard paste dry in oil add water to boil for making pinapple tender.
